The father wasn't waiting on the porch with his arms crossed. "When he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him." (Luke 15:20)

He ran. In that world, a man of his standing did not run in public. It was beneath him. He hiked up his robes and ran anyway.

What's on it

The front reads PRODIGAL in heavy, cracked lettering, like a band tee that survived a hundred shows and a hundred washes. Under it, a single road winds out through empty country.
